Repair Policy
Wellscroft Fence repairs all energizers that it sells. Warranteed units' parts are covered, labor and shipping are not. On some energizer modules, Wellscroft has a one-third exchange policy if they can be rebuilt. In most cases, energizers are repaired and return shipped within twenty-four hours. Units may also be brought to our retail store for repair while you wait. Please call ahead to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number so that we can properly receive and track your repair.
Discount Schedule
Discount for items ordered from this price list are as follows:
ORDERS:
  • $,1000 to $3,999 - less 2%
  • $4,000 to $6,999 - less 4%
  • $7,000 to $9,999 - less 6%
  • $10,000 and up - less 8%
Return Policy

Damaged or short shipments must be reported in writing within 15 days of receipt.  If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will refund the purchase price if they are returned prepaid and in original condition within 30 days of receipt.  Items returned after 30 days/up to 90 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will receive store credit.  All sales are final on custom, discounted and discontinued items.

After 90 days no returns will be allowed.
