An important message to our customers regarding COVID-19:

Like so many of you, Wellscroft is monitoring the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For us, the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers during this unique and evolving crisis is our top priority. Wellscroft is committed to following the guidelines and best practices set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local authorities.

Some Frequently Asked Questions regarding Wellscroft’s operations during the current Covid-19 pandemic:

Is your retail store open for walk-ins?
Yes, our retail store has returned to operation during our regular business hours. That being said, we highly encourage you to make an appointment so we can plan and allocate our team accordingly. We are a small team of individuals devoted to providing the best customer experience possible. We don’t want you to have to wait to be loaded, so the more planning we do in advance, the better it helps all of us!

Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes, we have a small pickup shed where we can leave orders for customers to pick up at specified times. Curbside pickup is available Monday through Friday, 7am – 7pm, and Saturday 7am – 2pm. Closed Sunday.

Should I make an appointment before I visit?
As stated above, we highly encourage you to make an appointment so we can plan and allocate our team accordingly in order to provide you with the best possible service! This especially applies to anyone picking up large orders, needing consulting, or picking up product that will require equipment to load.

What is the best way to place my order?
We offer several ways to order – online, by phone, or in-store, and you are welcome to use whichever method is most convenient for you! Please note, while we are continuously improving our website, there are some products that are not yet on our website. If there’s product you can’t find on our site, please give us a call and ask!

Do you have restrooms for the general public?
Unfortunately no, go easy on the coffee before you arrive. :-)


Additional Precautions

As a small business, we are committed to doing our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Below is an overview of some of our policies and procedures relating to COVID-19:

  • Employees who are sick or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 have been instructed to stay home and follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC. They must have a negative test result to return to work.
  • Employees who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 should notify their supervisor and refer to CDC guidance for how to conduct a risk assessment of their potential exposure.
  • We have enacted new routines of increased cleaning and sanitizing of our equipment and workplace environment and our team has been instructed to practice frequent hand washing.
  • In our small office environment, we are practicing social distancing to the best of our ability and ask that our customers do the same when visiting.
  • Our standard availability of hand sanitizer will be offered and replenished as frequently as possible.

As we approach the busy spring season, we will do everything possible to fulfill your orders and answer your questions. So long as authorities permit us to continue operating, below is information you may find helpful as we continue to navigate this evolving crisis.

  • Staff that are able to work remotely are encouraged to do so.
  • Should we need to move to limited office staff, phones will be answered to the best of our ability. Our call answering service will provide additional support for overflow calls. Please leave a message with the answering service – these messages get to us immediately and we will respond to calls in the order in which they are received.
  • We will continue with our regular shipping methods and procedures so long as we are permitted to do so. According to the CDC, the risk of exposure to coronavirus by contact with products and packaging is very low.
  • As the global supply chain is impacted by this threat, we will do our best to meet your needs, but please understand there are some circumstances beyond our control.
  • Lastly, in an effort to minimize the chances of viral transmission, please order online from our website when possible instead of picking up at our store.

The health of our employees, customers, vendors and their families is of utmost importance.
